How to focus and accomplish stuff even if you have ADHD

Do you have this problem?

A fellow ‘Text-Only’ eCover creator (who wishes not to be named) does. He writes:

==========

My biggest problem,is being able to Focus on One thing and stop buying so many new products,I do realize that a lot of it is due to my age i’ll be 72 on september 14th,and the fact that I Struggle Daily with ADHD,which also affects my Memory, and My Comprehension.

You may not have any ideas, and that’s ok,but if you’re the Genius you say you are, then Maybe you do,either way,it doesn’t hurt to ask, right?

==========

Fret not.

The Way of the Genius is profound and varied.

So, there’s no way I wouldn’t have any ideas… no matter what the situation… especially ones like these that I’ve personally experienced myself a very long time ago… before I fixed them all one-by-one.

All except… maybe… ADHD… which I didn’t have.

Or maybe I did have ADHD. I don’t know. The term is thrown around so loosely these days that just about everyone and anyone who can’t focus is labeled with it.

And tons of kids are misdiagnosed with it all the time…

… so that doctors can put them on drugs that bring in recurring revenue…

… when…

… all they have is problems with focus.

But anyways:

The same principles I’m going to talk about apply… whether you’re lacking focus because of ADHD, or you’re lacking focus because of personality type.

By the way…

There’s actually 7 problems in that one question:

– focusing on one thing at a time

– buying too many new products

– how to turn your age into an advantage

– struggling with ADHD

– memory problems

– comprehension problems

– building a fruitful email list and consistent online income in spite of all this

Oh, boy…

Obviously, I’m not going to answer all of them in this one email. That would be nuts. I’ll do it over the course of this week. Bit by bit. One email at a time.

And that…

… is a lesson on focus in itself.

When you have big problems:

Break them down. Into tiny little parts. Parts so small, you hardly need any focus. And solve them… one at a time! It sounds simple. But you won’t believe how far you’ll progress just by doing that…

Since this email is getting too long though…

I’ll start with the first piece of the puzzle tomorrow.

In the meantime:

One of the biggest problems I’ve noticed that people who can’t focus face is…

Sitting down… to write!

Especially the most profitable type of writing – writing emails.

If that’s something you struggle with, you might want to check out this collection of personally hand-written and hand-crafted PLR emails I just released.

PLR emails you can edit and use.

Or just use out of the box.

To fuel your autoresponder and email list. So you can start generating some consistent, extra coin right off the bat. With minimal time, effort and… focus.

Of course:

It’s only for those in the internet marketing space…

But if that’s you, you may direct your brief attention span over here for a second:
