I was watching this news clip on YouTube a couple days ago:
About how a “Crook in Texas outruns several cops chasing him while dragging lawnmower he stole (after mowing his victim’s lawn) behind him.”
With the comments ranging from…
“He completed his community service while doing the crime. Talk about multi-tasking. What a productive criminal!”
To another guy commenting on his Usain Bolt-like speed…
“The fact that he outran police while dragging a lawnmower behind him is inspiring”
And finally…
“They say he is still out there mowing someone’s lawn even this very night.”
But:
If you’ve ever wondered why cops have such a hard time catching crooks? Well, I guess this story just tells ya everything ya need to know about how productive most people are.
But this reminds me of some work I did.
A few years back.
With a private email coaching client.
Who was stunned after I taught him a little ‘productivity hack’ used by some of the world’s greatest scammers. A hack I talk about in Section 4 of my latest work on how to Scam Your Brain Productive.
Shortly after which, he messaged me asking:
“I don’t understand? Why am I suddenly reading so much faster after I started doing this?”
To which I replied:
“Of course you’re reading faster! Because just doing that simple ‘trick’ charges up your mental energy. I would be more surprised if you didn’t get faster!”
Following which…
… he also started using some of the other (legal and ethical) productivity hacks I taught him…
… most notably the one I talk about in Section 5 of my new work, that allowed him to get so efficient and effective at everything he did at work that…
… after using his newfound ‘Usain Bolt-like’ reading speed to breeze through several books on psychology and office politics…
… he managed to negotiate with his boss to slash 1 to 2 hours off his daily hours at work!
While keeping the same monthly salary.
Because of how efficient and effective he got.
And I guess the extra reading on office politics and psychology helped too…
… for staving off potentially jealous colleagues who he (probably) made look a little bad when he started getting everything done much more quickly, much more easily, and with much higher quality than everyone else in his circle of ‘working friends’… after he started using the profound knowledge I imparted upon him at work and play.
But anyways:
