Let me tell you a story about this guy I know…
He owns an online business that sells zero of his own products.
But he makes around US$500 million a year in net profit doing it. And in standard business valuation terms, that would probably be a billion to two billion dollar business, depending on how you’d value it.
But here’s the surprising part:
He only has 22 employees!
And he has zero customers because he doesn’t sell anything!
Now compare that to…
… your average business that does $500 million a year.
Most businesses doing those types of numbers need to hire at least 1,500 to 2,000 employees. Maybe a little less now, with AI. But still, it’s a massive amount compared to only having 22 mouths to feed.
How does he do it?
With a very simple business model, that’s as…
… old as the hills!
But still works like gangbusters.
He and his team write all their content by hand, not sure if they use AI now, but they were writing it all by hand. Then, they would syndicate (copy/paste) their articles across as many different websites, magazines, and offline and online newsletters as possible. They’d continually build a database of places that would accept their stuff. And this database would grow over time.
So every time they had a new article…
… each article would be distributed to each and every site, magazine, newsletter, etc.
And at the end of every article is a link to their site.
Where they can sign-up for a daily email newsletter.
That’s filled with a year-long email autoresponder series promoting various Amazon, Clickbank, Digistore24, and other relevant affiliate products across a vast variety of niches.
Which incidentally, is also the same traffic strategy I use.
But:
Let’s do the math here.
If you have a billion-dollar business with 22 employees, then theoretically let’s say… you’d only need 2 AI agents to replace them all… assuming 1 AI agent can replace 10 employees.
But if you had a billion-dollar business that needed 2000 employees, then you’d need a whopping 200 AI agents you’d have to continually juggle, tweak, and make sure they’re not breaking down or running out of ‘oil’ or ‘lubricant’.
At any rate…
Most people waste too much time focusing on AI.
And too little time on their business model.
When they should be focusing on making maximum money with minimum AI, they’re wasting their freaking time trying to use maximum AI while making minimum money.
The basics never change.
The simplest business model is still…
… getting people onto a list…
… a real freaking email list, or at least a Whatsapp list (like what my local farmer’s market does to make a lot of profit)…
… and mailing them daily.
With stuff that could change their life.
Or at least solve their most urgent problems.
At any rate:
In my 48-Hour Bonus Cash Playbook that I’ve included as a bonus, one of the things I talk about is a checklist for one of the easiest and quickest ways I know of to build an actual buyer’s list that filters out all the freebie-seekers who never buy stuff, and how to do it all even if you don’t have an offer or product of your own… and even if you never want to create an offer or product of your own.
All you’ll need are some bonuses.
And it’s something I’ve been using for well over a decade.
With some of my new email lists quickly ballooning to thousands of hot niche buyers in just a matter of months.
A simple business model ain’t for everyone, though.
Some people just have to make their life complex. Or they can’t sleep at night. It’s how some personality types are.
But if you’re one of the simple ones…
… and you want something simple you can quickly do everyday…
… everything here’s as simple as I can make it:

P.S. If you’re wondering what else is inside my latest handwritten work, here’s a little taste of my blood, sweat, and snot-filled tears:
- $160,000 in affiliate commissions, with ‘bonus-linking’ and ‘seasonal stacks’, with nothing but SEO traffic and PLR bonuses – even Russell Brunson loves how this lazy guy did it.
- The recycling company that got 20% more customers using ‘automated bonuses’.
- A local bank that increased their ad spend ROI to 425%, and generated an extra $431,078 in income, using a simple ‘bonus’ almost everyone has laying around their house, but almost everyone still wants more of.
- 5 days, $9,954 in affiliate commissions (plus an extra $2,000 in prize commissions) – The 3 simple bonuses this guy used to increase sales by 20% in 5 days.
- Almost 50% more mobile phone sales with digital bonuses that cost them nothing – unbelievably simple to do if you’re selling almost any type of tech.
- The digital product creator who generated $1,400 in sales, using ‘almost zero effort’ bonuses… before his product even launched!
- Course creator reveals how you can increase your prices from $497 to $999, yet STILL TRIPLE conversions by adding bonuses that make their fingers SO itchy, they almost can’t help but buy.
- Do people still pay for recipes? The lazy ‘recycled bonus’ technique that doubled (and on some days tripled) this recipe subscription membership’s conversions, while getting them FREE advertising! (This is a masterclass on how to use ‘No to Yes’ bonuses to, not just increase sales, but also increase traffic and brand awareness)
- This university did a split test on which type of bonus gives better conversions – extra product bonuses vs discount bonuses. The conclusion? One of them got 73% more sales than the other, and it’s not what you’re thinking!
- But what about if you split test discount bonuses vs ‘surprise’ bonuses where the buyer has no idea what they’re getting? More shocking results in Case Study #32.
- How global beauty brand, Sephora, multiplied their sales by 15X and generated an extra $3 billion in repeat business, all by using a brilliantly simple ‘risk reversal’ bonus that almost anyone can do right now, in minutes.
- Running an SMMA Agency? This FB Ad Agency increased conversions of a $1,500 monthly service by 31% in just 3 weeks with a ‘zero cost’ bonus. See how they did it inside.
- If you’re ‘vibe coding’ apps right now – How an SAAS founder slashes his FB Ads customer acquisition costs by 90% (from $37, all the way down to a teeny, tiny $4 per customer) using the ‘anti-urgency, anti-scarcity’ bonus trick.
- When you make money teaching people languages – use this quick and easy ‘bonus repurposing method’ if you wanna generate over $1000 in extra yearly recurring revenue, all in a single weekend… just like what this teacher did!
- The ‘LinkedIn marketing’ bonus technique that generated over $15,000 in course sales in less than a week.
- How the famous Pedigree dog food company used a ‘trend stacking’ bonus to make one-quarter of all dog owners in the entire country buy their dog treats, with people lining up to buy dog food just to get the bonus!
- And more…
