Dirty secret to 1000X ebook profits by NOT selling on Amazon

There came an email…

… if you’re gonna sell something, you might as well sell something a little pricier, since it takes roughly the same amount of time and effort whether you’re selling something ‘cheap’ or something ‘premium’.

But seeing as I somehow keep attracting ‘book publishers for some reason’…

… with some of my clients being best-selling book authors…

… and my good ol’ wifey being one too…

… and yes, my wifey uses bonuses HEAVILY…

I thought I’d share some other ‘tips’ for maximizing the ebook sales you could be getting with bonuses.

Here’s the list:

  1. I don’t care whether you’re selling fiction, or non-fiction. If you’re selling an ebook, or even a book, make sure you’re solving some sort of problem if you actually want to get as much sales as possible.
  2. “Solving problems for non-fiction is normal, but for fiction, Allen?” Yeah, you heard me. Listen: I read one fiction, and one non-fiction book, every day. And… I can tell you that a fiction book that does not solve a problem, very rarely outsells one that does!
  3. Case in point: One of my favorite books, the #1 best-selling novel in all of Japan for a couple years in a row I believe, Lonely Castle in the Mirror, is just like any other novel, except for the fact that… it was designed to be EXTREMELY healing for people suffering from bullying! Which is getting worse worldwide every year because of social media…
  4. But not all problems sell equally. There’s a specific type of problem that will outsell everything else, and I talk about this in the first part of the Billion Dollar Bonus Formula. But…
  5. Split-test your ebook cover with paid ads to find the one with the highest CTR if you wanna sell on Amazon.
  6. The best ebook covers often do the total opposite of everyone else (something I’ve tested with my wifey’s books several times). When everyone is going highly “AI-polished”, you go low-tech, like I mentioned in my ‘2 Minute Text-Only eBook Covers’ report if you have it.
  7. Build an email list of buyers of your ebook if you really want to make long-term moolah!
  8. If you REALLY want to make maximum sales of your ebooks in minimum time, and with minimum AI, DON’T SELL ON marketplaces like Amazon!
  9. Any type of marketplace (Amazon, Skool, Etsy, whatever) automatically makes people compare you to your competitors. And this ‘forces’ you to compete on price… which is the last thing you should be doing!
  10. Instead, build a simple funnel!
  11. This guy I know sold his book on Amazon and made a couple thousand dollars. Pathetic!
  12. So he took his book, the very same book, created a very simple funnel, sold it on his own website with a proper ‘sales letter’ and bonuses and stuff, fulfilled it with an online print-on-demand service, ‘upselled’ an audiobook version they could buy while waiting after purchase, upsold a course, coaching, etc… all the stuff people who buy information want… and… he made $2.4 million! (1000X profits, not including the back-end profits he made selling more stuff to his email list later on)
  13. Test your price again and again.
  14. Raising your prices often gets you more sales, not less! I tested this so many times, and I laugh like a maniac whenever this happens.
  15. Make sure you use ‘No to Yes’ bonuses!

And while the concept of ‘no to yes’ bonuses is simple (figure out why people are not buying and create very specific bonuses that fix it)… there is some nuance to it if you want to get it right.

Like understanding the psychology of…

… why people buy stuff, and…

… why they don’t buy stuff.

But, most importantly:

Why they don’t buy YOUR stuff!
