Path #1 (Affiliate Path) – The Fastest Path To Bonus Cash If You Have An Email List

You already have a list. So all you need to do is add a strategic ‘No to Yes’ Bonus that’s SO good…

  1. Find an offer your list would love right now:

  1. Create a clean and simple, private bonus page on your blog or website.
    • use Carrd if you don’t have a website (it’s free!)
  2. Name the page’s title as “(Offer Name) Bonuses”
  3. Add your bonus’s expiry date and time under that in big, bold text.
  4. Add all your bonuses to the page, one-by-one.
  5. First, add your bonus product’s mockup image. (use ChatGPT to create one in seconds if you don’t have one, prompt below…)
    • Create me a 3D mockup image for a {your product type, e.g. report, ebook, video course}. It’s a product in the {your niche} niche. The name of the product is ‘{your product name}’. The color theme of the product is {your color theme}. Make the image background transparent in color. The dimensions of the image file should be square. The vibe should feel {your vibe, e.g. luxurious, professional, artistic, vibrant}.
  6. Link your bonus image to your affiliate link (open in new tab).
  7. Then add your bonus’s name under that image (each name should feature the key benefit of the bonus, refer to the Billion Dollar Bonus Formula report for naming tips).
  8. Under the name, add a short one or two sentence description about the bonus and how it complements or overcomes the weaknesses in the main offer.
  9. Add some bullet points about the techniques, benefits, problems solved, niches addressed inside, under the description.
  10. Repeat steps 11 to 15 for each bonus.
  11. At the bottom, have an instructions section with the sub-title, ‘How To Claim These Bonuses & {main benefit, e.g. Generate Profits Faster, Shed Fat Faster, etc.}’.
  12. Under that sub-title, have another sub-title with the expiry date in bold, ‘(BONUS EXPIRES: {expiry date and time})’.
  13. Under that, have the instructions:

C. Email Your List

  1. Write an email to your list promoting the product and your bonuses.
  2. The simplest way to write a promo email people actually want to open, read, and buy from:
    • Imagine you’re sitting next to a friend or significant other.
    • Tell them about the highlight of something you heard, read, saw, or experienced (the highlight of something, NOT the whole thing – for example, tell them about something interesting you read in a book, not every chapter of the book!)
    • Then, give your unfiltered personal opinion or commentary on what you were just telling them about.
    • Next, talk about what that opinion or commentary has in common with the product you’re promoting (can be the product itself, or one small aspect or benefit of the product).
    • Then, talk briefly about that aspect of the product you’re promoting.
    • Next, link to the product and ask them to check it out if they want to get X benefit, or having problems with X.
    • But under that, tell them that you found an unexpected issue with the product (talk about one or two of the weaknesses you found with Instant Offer Optimizer. And you took the time to put together a special bonus bundle that’ll solve all those issues.
    • Tell them you’ll give them instant access to it if they purchase through your link. But tell them it expires on… (whatever your expiry date).
    • Then, link to your bonus page.
    • Sign off.
    • Under your sign off, add a P.S.
    • In your P.S., include bullet points of everything they get on the bonus page, in case they’re too lazy to click.
  3. Rinse and repeat sending out a new email every single day until your bonus expires.
    • Note: each email should be a fresh angle or new story… not a copy of the same email sent again and again!

D. Delivering Your Bonuses

  1. When you get an email with receipt asking to claim the bonus, first check your affiliate dashboard to confirm that they actually purchased through your link (affiliate programs typically show the name and email of the purchaser).
  2. Once you’ve confirmed, then email them a thank you note with the Dropbox download link to your bonuses.

WHEN YOU FOLLOW THIS PATH…

Once you get really good at it, you’ll eventually outsell every other affiliate promoting the same offer. Usually, this means the vendor starts noticing you, giving you better deals, higher commissions, and… priority ‘perks’ on their next launches.

You (on the other hand) now have the formula, skills, and system to do what they don’t. They have the audience, you have the skills. Audience. Skills. Audience. Skills. Get it? All you need to do is connect them both. They’re already sending out the emails anyway. So, no risk there. You’re just making it convert better. And they get half the upside for doing nothing extra.

In the words of billionaire consultant, Jay Abraham, “Partnering always beats marketing”. Just find affiliates promoting offers with no bonus, reach out to them with an ‘irresistible offer’, handle the bonuses and delivery, and split the profits. Now, here’s how you do it:

STEP-BY-STEP CHECKLIST

A. Find Your Partner

  1. Subscribe to as many email lists in your niche as possible. Your inbox is now your prospecting tool.
  2. Every time you get a promo email, check if they’re promoting an affiliate offer with no bonus (or a weak one).
  3. This is optional, but it makes things a lot easier: Pay special attention to people who have used bonuses before, so they know the power of a good bonus stack. But they don’t always have the time to create one. That’s where you come in.
  4. Pay attention to timing. The best partners to contact are those who:
    • Just sent their FIRST promo email for an offer (just getting started)
    • Are in a “warm-up” phase before the main promo begins
    • Are in the middle of a promotion with several days still left
    • AVOID contacting anyone in the last day or two of a promotion… there’s just not enough time to execute
  5. When you spot a good prospect, note down:
    • Their name and contact details (email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
    • The offer they’re promoting
    • The URL of the offer’s sales page
  6. Copy and paste the sales page copy into Instant Offer Optimizer.

B. Reach Out With Your Proposal

  1. Contact them the SAME DAY (speed matters here)! The sooner you reach out, the more promo days you both have to work with.

  9. Add some bullet points about the techniques, benefits, problems solved, niches addressed inside, under the description.
  10. Repeat steps 21 to 25 for each bonus.
  11. At the bottom, have an instructions section with the sub-title, ‘How To Claim These Bonuses & {main benefit}’.
  12. Under that sub-title, add the expiry date in bold, maybe even red: ‘(BONUS EXPIRES: {expiry date and time})’.
  13. Under that, have the instructions:

E. Write And Send Emails (If They Want You To)

  1. Write the promo email for your partner.

  2. Send the finished email to your partner, ready to copy-paste and send.
  3. Write a fresh email for every day of the campaign and send it to your partner to send out.

F. Delivering The Bonuses

  1. When a buyer emails you to claim their bonus, verify the purchase came through your partner’s affiliate link in their dashboard.
    • Decide in advance whether you or your partner handles delivery. It’s cleaner if one person owns it…
  2. Once confirmed, email the buyer their Dropbox download link.

G. Split The Profits

  1. At the end of the campaign, tally up the total commissions earned from the day the bonus page went live onward.
  2. Split 50/50 via PayPal, Wise, or whatever payment method you both agree on upfront.
    • Agree on the payment method and timeline BEFORE the campaign starts. It’ll save you some awkward conversations later…

WHEN YOU FOLLOW THIS PATH…

For now, just contact more people. Don’t be one of those guys who… tries something once or twice… doesn’t get results, and… gives up (vast majority of failed people). So… while most vendors just ‘shoot’ their offer out there (hoping for the best) and never touch it again (even when conversions are atrocious), you have access to the Instant Offer Optimizer.     • Repeat for each bonus
  5. Add a countdown timer to the top of the bonus page.
    • Use the same AI prompt from Step 15 to generate the code.
  6. At the bottom, add an instructions section with the sub-title: ‘How To Claim These Bonuses & {main benefit}’.
  7. Under that, add the expiry date in bold: ‘(BONUS EXPIRES: {expiry date and time})’.
  8. Under that, have the instructions:

    • For Method 2: Give them a logical, believable reason why you’re giving away a special bonus bundle right now (birthday, product anniversary, celebration, a milestone you just hit, a mistake you’re making up for… basically anything that makes genuine sense), and tell them it expires on {date}. G. Delivering Your Bonuses

  1. When a buyer emails claiming their bonus, check your sales dashboard to confirm the purchase.
  2. Once confirmed, email them their Dropbox download link to the bonuses.

WHEN YOU FOLLOW THIS PATH…

When affiliates create bonuses to promote offers they don’t own, the conversion spikes are temporary. They last until the bonus campaign expires.

This is probably the highest leverage (and easiest way) to multiply your funnel’s profits:

In other words: they just bought seconds ago, they’re in ‘motion’, trust is at its peak, they’re in ‘yes mode’, and… it’s 10X easier to sell to an existing buyer than a new buyer!

Most vendors are leaving this ‘easy money’ on the table. Because they never change their upsell. Keeping it the same every week after week, month after month, year after year, getting worse and worse take rates as it gets stale.

B. Optimize The Upsell

    • Ask AI to generate the code: “Create an evergreen countdown timer in HTML and JavaScript that gives each visitor {X hours or days} from their first visit to claim the offer. The timer should save their deadline in localStorage so it doesn’t reset if they refresh or come back later. When the timer hits zero, redirect the page to [URL].”
    • Paste the generated code into your page’s HTML header or body.
    • Set your window to whatever feels right for your funnel speed.
  3. Update your upsell page’s value stack section to prominently feature the new bonuses — make them impossible to miss.

E. Email Your Buyers

  1. Write an email to your existing buyers list… but only people who bought the front-end offer but never took the upsell.
    • Tell them you’ve added something new to the upsell that fixes or improves {specific weakness or gap}, and you wanted them to know before anyone else
    • Give them a logical reason why this bonus is only available for a limited time
    • Link directly to the upsell page

  2. Look at their current offer and sales page.
  3. Copy and paste their sales page copy into the Instant Offer Optimizer.

  2. Upload your bonuses to Dropbox (or your file host of choice) when done. Zip the files if necessary.

D. Set Up Your Opt-In Page

  1. Create a simple opt-in page where buyers sign up to receive the bonuses.
    • Use Systeme if you don’t have a landing page builder. It’s free and includes opt-in pages, email delivery, and OTO pages all in one place.
  2. Name the page something like: “Claim Your Free [Offer Name] Bonus Bundle”
  3. Add a short description of what they’ll receive (list each bonus with its name and a one-line benefit).
  4. Add a simple email opt-in form (name and email address is enough).
  5. Set up your email autoresponder to:
    • Immediately send them a confirmation email with the Dropbox download link to their bonuses
    • Add them to a follow-up email sequence where you promote relevant offers

E. Set Up Your Thank You Page OTO

  1. Create a thank you page that loads immediately after they opt in, and before the bonuses arrive in their inbox.
  2. On the thank you page:
    • Thank them for signing up
    • Tell them their bonuses are on the way and will arrive in their inbox in a few minutes
    • Pitch them a relevant one-time offer, something directly complementary to the vendor’s offer they just bought
    • Add a countdown timer to create urgency around the OTO. If you need one, ask AI to create it and paste the code into your page. Use this prompt:
    • “Create an evergreen countdown timer in HTML and JavaScript that gives each visitor {X hours} from their first visit to claim the offer. The timer should save their deadline in localStorage so it doesn’t reset if they refresh or come back later. When the timer hits zero, redirect the page to [URL].”
    • Add your OTO buy button with your offer’s link

F. Send The Vendor Everything They Need

  1. Send the vendor:
    • The opt-in page URL: this is what they add to their member’s area or delivery email, telling buyers to visit it to claim their free bonus bundle
    • A short suggested blurb they can copy-paste into their member’s area or delivery email, something like: “Claim your free [bonus bundle name] here: [opt-in page URL] – specially designed to help you get even faster results with [offer name].”
  2. Ask them to update their sales page copy to reflect the new bonuses. Offer to write the bonus descriptions for them if needed (use the naming and description tips from the Billion Dollar Bonus Formula report).

G. Monitor And Follow Up

  1. Watch your opt-in numbers and OTO conversions daily.
  2. Email your new subscribers regularly using ‘The Simplest Way To Write Addictive Emails’ Method in the Appendix.
  3. Once you have proof of results, like opt-in rates, OTO conversions, buyer feedback, go back to the vendor and show them the numbers. This opens the door to deeper JV arrangements, revenue shares, and future collaborations.

APPENDIX A: The Simplest Way To Write Addictive Emails They Can’t Resist Opening, Reading, And Buying From!

Most emails… suck (for lack of a better word, sorry) because… they violate the #1 cardinal rule of direct-response copywriting. Which is? NEVER make your ads LOOK like an ad!

This simple framework I consistently use across almost all my campaigns does the exact OPPOSITE. It mimics you… in a cafe… talking to a close friend, and… telling them a story about or highlight of something that happened in your day, but then… you subtly bridge to your offer and close them on your bonus.

This same framework is the reason I routinely get 40 to 75% open rates on my super long (yet super interesting) emails. And if you wanna know why it’s so effective, watch this. It will tell you MORE than almost any email copywriting you ever buy:

STEP-BY-STEP CHECKLIST

  1. Imagine you’re sitting next to a friend or significant other.
  2. Tell them about the highlight of something you heard, read, saw, or experienced (the highlight of something, NOT the whole thing – for example, tell them about something interesting you read in a book, not every chapter of the book!)
  3. Then, give your unfiltered personal opinion or commentary on what you were just telling them about (what you think, what you learned, what it reminded you of, what you disagree with, etc.).
  4. Next, talk about what that opinion or commentary has in common with the product you’re promoting (can be the product itself, or one small aspect or benefit of the product).
  5. Then, talk briefly about that aspect of the product you’re promoting.
  6. Next, link to the product and ask them to check it out if they want to get X benefit, or are having problems with Y.
  7. If you’re an affiliate or running a limited-time bonus promo: Under that, tell them that you found an unexpected issue with the product (talk about one or two of the weaknesses you found with Instant Offer Optimizer). And you took the time to put together a special bonus bundle that’ll solve all those issues.
  8. Tell them you’ll give them instant access to it if they purchase through your link. But tell them it expires on… (whatever your expiry date).
  9. Then, link to your bonus page.
  10. Sign off.
  11. Under your sign off, add a P.S.
  12. In your P.S., include bullet points of everything they get on the bonus page, in case they’re too lazy to click.

WHEN YOU START SENDING THESE EMAILS…

You’ll notice your open rates start slowly creeping up. Not at first though. Because it takes time for them to get used to it. But once they do? Yeah, you’ve addicted them to your emails. For life. As long as you keep writing, that is…

But open rates, clicks, and the like, aren’t good indicators.

Because stat tracking is messed up due to all the ad-blocking browsers do. The most accurate measure of success when sending emails? Your average number of sales per thousand subscribers. It’s all about getting maximum value out of minimum resources.

These emails shoot your conversions up, even before they hit the offer link, because they put your subscribers in a ‘trusting a friend’s recommendation’, not a ‘listening to a sales pitch recommendation’. Keep doing this everyday with different stories from your personal life. The compound effect of multiple story angles daily hits harder than almost anything else you’ll ever try.

Just don’t promote ‘crap offers’. Or they’ll never trust you again…


APPENDIX B: A Cheat Sheet Of The 14 Fastest Bonuses You’ll Ever Create

When there’s something strange, in the neighborhood… and you need a bonus fast… who you gonna call?

If you’re very experienced on the topic related to the offer, consider giving them extra email coaching or consulting they can use to get started fast, or whenever they’re stuck and need help making progress. No work upfront.

Add an expiry date to any of the bonuses here. Instant urgency, zero extra work.

Prompt your favorite AI to turn parts of the offer into checklists, swipe files, templates, and quick-reference guides to complement the offer. Takes minutes. But saves them hours.

  1. The Mastermind Group Bonus (10 to 20 minutes)

Create a small, free private Facebook ‘Mastermind Group’ (use AI to fill up the details), where people who bought the offer support each other, and push each other forward to get results. Takes minutes to set up.

  1. The Custom GPT Bonus (20 to 40 minutes)

Ask AI to write you instructions for one or more custom GPTs that automate, or semi-automate, very specific parts of the offer’s process. Paste into ChatGPT’s ‘Create Custom GPT’ section and you’re done. Of course, test it first…

  1. The AI-Generated Report Bonus (30 to 45 minutes)

Prompt AI to create short 3 to 5 page reports that answer very specific ‘pain-point questions’ related to the offer (but not answered in the offer). The more painful the problem, the better. Add a cover, and done. (Ask AI: ‘what are the most painful questions people are asking about {your offer’s topic} right now?’). I’ve found that Grok is best for this…

  1. The Resource List Bonus (30 to 60 minutes)

Curate a list of the best free tools, sites, and resources (not mentioned in the offer itself) that can help speed up very specific steps when using the offer.

  1. The PLR/White-Label Bonus (30 to 60 minutes)

Buy or download free relevant PLR, slap on a new name, new cover, done. (You can choose from over 18,000 options for free here)

  1. The Public Domain Bonus (45 to 60 minutes)

Download free public domain books related to your offer (the Public Domain Library is an easy way to find them). Take out small chunks of content that solve very specific problems related to the offer, and compile them into a short report. Use AI to help you.

  1. The Repurposed Content Bonus (45 to 60 minutes)

Repackage something you’ve already created before (old reports, blog posts, emails, PLR, notes, checklists, templates, prompts, etc.). Rename and change their niche and angle to match the current offer.

  1. The Interview or Case Study Bonus (1 to 2 hours)

Do a quick email interview with someone who’s gotten great results related to what the offer’s about. Package it and it’s done. Even better? Get your favorite AI to interview you (if you’ve gotten great results doing this)! Record yourself answering the questions, and you’re done!

ALWAYS REMEMBER…

Done is better than perfect. You can always make it ‘more perfect’ later when you gain more life knowledge and experience. But for now? Pick the fastest one you can execute on right now, and… just GET IT DONE!
